Permanent Eyeliner
The cost of treatments includes one FREE touch-up within 4 months of initial procedure. We strongly suggest that all clients schedule a follow-up appointment. The touch-up appointment is intended to fill in any areas that may have been discolored during healing process. Final results cannot be determined until follow-up touch-up appointment is completed. Pigment retention depends on skin type, age, aftercare, sun exposure and other factors. Once having any procedure by me...ALL future REFRESH procedures will be HALF PRICE.
Permanent Makeup -Eyeliner which we call a Tightliner, enhances the eyes with a natural soft color or a dark defined look. There are many ways to do your eyes with permanent makeup.
Whether your goal is soft and smudgy or dark and defined, a design and color consultation will help determine the right look for your desired outcome. We often combine techniques to customize your outcome. For example you can do a Tightline (permanent makeup tucked in your lash line) with a dark color such as black, then above that add a soft smudgy/smokey effect in a lighter color.
